Instructions
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat, then add green onions and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the carrot and bok choy, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce, mixing everything together and cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve, garnished with sesame seeds.
