Instructions
- Prepare the spicy noodle sauce by mixing sesame oil, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, water, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat, then add garlic, the white part of green onion, and red chilies. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet, mixing until noodles are coated. Increase heat, add bean sprouts, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining green onion and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted. Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
