Spicy Sesame Basil Noodles

Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, tahini, soy sauce, hot chili oil, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the remaining sesame oil.
- 4. Sauté ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds, then add carrots, mung bean sprouts, and mushrooms, cooking until tender-crisp.
- 5. Add the noodles to the skillet and toss with the vegetables until warmed through.
- 6. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well.
- 7. Stir in basil, green onions, and peanuts, then serve warm or at room temperature, topped with sesame seeds.
