Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a heat-proof bowl, combine green onion, cilantro, gochujang, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a small frying pan or pot, then add it to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Whisk in peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice to the bowl.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce bowl and stir to coat.
- Serve topped with chopped green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.
