Spicy Peanut Thai Noodles

The peanut sauce

creamy peanut butter

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- While the noodles are cooking, whisk together all the peanut sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large serving bowl.
- Toss the drained pasta with the peanut sauce, then add the bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, cilantro, and peanuts, mixing lightly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve.
