Thai Peanut Noodles

The noodles and vegetables

linguine or other long pasta/noodle

thinly sliced bell peppers

sugar snap peas, trimmed

The sauce

creamy peanut butter

soy sauce

honey

lime juice

sesame oil

chili garlic sauce

warm water
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the linguine according to package directions, adding snap peas during the last 2 minutes.
- While cooking, mix the sauce ingredients until smooth, adding more water as needed.
- Drain the noodles and snap peas, then return them to the pot with the bell peppers.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the noodles and toss to coat.
- Serve topped with peanuts, cilantro, and green onions.
