Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs in a second shallow dish.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
- Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, dip into the egg mixture, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and spray the chicken with oil.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
