Easy Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 whole wheat pita

The toppings

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara
  • cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

For cooking

  • 1 spray olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drizzle sauce on the pita bread, then add pepperoni and shredded cheese on top.
  2. Spray the top of the pizza with olive oil.
  3. Place the pizza in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  4. Check the pizza at the 6-7 minute mark to ensure it does not overcook.
  5. Remove the pizza from the air fryer and cool before serving.
