30-Minute Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut into 6 circles, about 5 inches wide.
- Gather the excess dough, roll it out again, and cut into 2 more circles.
- In a medium bowl, mix the mozzarella, parmesan, and pizza seasoning.
- Divide the cheese and pepperoni mixture between the circles and top each with 1 tablespoon of marinara.
- Dab the edge of each circle with milk using a silicone brush.
- Fold the circles in half and crimp the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Cook in a single layer in the air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with the remaining marinara.
