Ingredients

Peanut Butter Oat Cookie Dough Balls

  • cups whole rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 pieces soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • cup chocolate chips

Milkshakes

  • 6 pieces peanut butter oat cookie dough balls
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Big handful ice
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • optional chocolate sauce
  • optional whip cream
  • optional chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Make the peanut butter oat cookie dough balls by blending oats, walnuts, dates, flaxseed, vanilla, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Add peanut butter and warm water, then blend until the mixture holds together.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and roll into balls.
  4. For the milkshakes, blend 6 cookie dough balls with almond milk until smooth.
  5. Add ice and blend, then add ice cream and pulse to combine without melting it.
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with cookie dough balls and other toppings as desired.
