Chocolate Tahini Walnut Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the pan first.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, coconut oil, tahini, and almond milk.
- In a large bowl, mix the spelt flour, coconut sugar, and baking powder.
- Combine the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients to form a dough, using your hands if necessary.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some for the top.
- Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly.
- Top with the reserved chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness.
