Paleo Strawberry Tahini Chocolate Chip Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, blend tahini, vanilla, coconut sugar, and melted butter using a hand mixer.
- Add the gluten free flour and salt, mixing until incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped strawberries until the dough is thick.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into 12 squares.
