Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil or cooking spray.
- Melt the butter and set aside.
- Ensure the cod is dry and place it on the baking sheet, brushing it with Dijon mustard.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then press the mixture onto the fish.
- Spray the top of the fish with cooking spray and bake for about 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
