Basic Chicken Breast Meal Prep

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- For oven baking, place chicken on an oiled baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- For slow cooking, place chicken breast, olive oil, and salt and pepper in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- For the Instant Pot, sauté seasoned chicken breast in olive oil for 1 minute on each side, then pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.
- For stove cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet, add seasoned chicken, and cook each side for 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
