Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened coconut chips
  • cup Pumpkin seeds
  • cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • ¼ cup Wholesome Yum Keto Honey
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the coconut chips, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and powdered monk fruit if using.
  3. Add the keto honey and melted coconut oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and toss to coat.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes until the edges are dark golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes, reshaping while they are still warm.
  7. Allow to cool completely on the pan to become crispy.
