Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the coconut chips, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and powdered monk fruit if using.
- Add the keto honey and melted coconut oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and toss to coat.
- Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until the edges are dark golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes, reshaping while they are still warm.
- Allow to cool completely on the pan to become crispy.
