Toasted Coconut and Almond Oatmeal

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring coconut water and almond milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats, stir, and return to a simmer before reducing heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While oats are simmering, toast sliced almonds in a non-stick pan until golden and fragrant.
- Once oats are tender and liquid is mostly evaporated, stir in toasted coconut and almonds, reserving some for garnish.
- Serve immediately, garnished with remaining coconut and almonds, and add a splash of almond milk if desired.
