Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the carrots with melted butter, garlic, a large pinch of salt, black pepper, parsley, and honey.
- Transfer the carrots to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the carrots out in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until fork-tender and lightly browned.
