Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil to the pasta and toss until coated, then mix in the Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese if using.
- Transfer the seasoned pasta to an air fryer basket and air fry at 200C/400F for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and serve immediately.
