Ingredients

The pasta

  • 1 cup uncooked keto pasta

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add olive oil to the pasta and toss until coated, then mix in the Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese if using.
  3. Transfer the seasoned pasta to an air fryer basket and air fry at 200C/400F for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and serve immediately.
