Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greasing it generously.
  2. Scoop heaping tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  3. If using, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the mounds of cheddar.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
