Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greasing it generously.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- If using, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the mounds of cheddar.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
