Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the shredded cheeses together in a bowl.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized heaps of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between them, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the edges start to brown, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Allow the crisps to cool slightly on the pan before transferring them to paper towels to drain and crisp up.
