Ingredients

The cheese

  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • ¾ cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

The seasoning

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the shredded cheeses together in a bowl.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized heaps of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between them, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  4. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the edges start to brown, watching closely to prevent burning.
  5. Allow the crisps to cool slightly on the pan before transferring them to paper towels to drain and crisp up.
