parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate the parmesan cheese and mix with any optional spices if using.
- Place heaping tablespoons of the shredded parmesan cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about ½ inch apart.
- Bake for 3-4 minutes or until the crisps are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
