Ingredients

The crisps

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Optional spices

  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the parmesan cheese and mix with any optional spices if using.
  3. Place heaping tablespoons of the shredded parmesan cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about ½ inch apart.
  4. Bake for 3-4 minutes or until the crisps are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
