Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Process the Parmesan cheese into very fine crumbles if not using pre-grated cheese.
- Measure the cheese by the teaspoonful and place mounds onto the baking sheet, patting each into a circle.
- Sprinkle any desired herbs or spices on top of the cheese mounds.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the crisps cool completely before storing.
