Ingredients

  • 4 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Herbs, spices, spice blends

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Process the Parmesan cheese into very fine crumbles if not using pre-grated cheese.
  3. Measure the cheese by the teaspoonful and place mounds onto the baking sheet, patting each into a circle.
  4. Sprinkle any desired herbs or spices on top of the cheese mounds.
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the crisps cool completely before storing.
