Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and arrowroot powder, then add fresh ground black pepper.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the Parmesan mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart and gently flattening them.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Allow the crisps to cool completely on the baking sheet before gently lifting them with a spatula.
