Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tsp olive oil (spray)
  • a sprinkle sea salt or kosher salt
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly spray two large baking sheets with olive oil.
  3. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale.
  4. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Place the kale on the baking sheets, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, turning and moving them around to ensure even crisping.
  7. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes until the edges are crisp but not burnt.
