Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray two large baking sheets with olive oil.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the kale.
- Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the kale on the baking sheets, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, turning and moving them around to ensure even crisping.
- Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes until the edges are crisp but not burnt.
