Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking spray
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon vegan parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Wash the kale and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towel.
  3. Strip the leaves from the stems and break them into pieces.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the kale out over it.
  5. Spray the kale with cooking spray or toss it with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle the kale with sea salt.
  7. For variations, divide the kale into sections and season one with pepper and another with grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake the chips for 8-10 minutes and enjoy immediately.
