Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Wash the kale and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towel.
- Strip the leaves from the stems and break them into pieces.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the kale out over it.
- Spray the kale with cooking spray or toss it with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the kale with sea salt.
- For variations, divide the kale into sections and season one with pepper and another with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake the chips for 8-10 minutes and enjoy immediately.
