Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Wash several kale leaves and rip them off the stems.
- Tear the leaves into small pieces, about 3 inches in length.
- Place the kale pieces on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the kale.
- Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the kale.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the oven and flip the kale.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
