Ingredients

  • 1 head kale
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to drizzle tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash several kale leaves and rip them off the stems.
  3. Tear the leaves into small pieces, about 3 inches in length.
  4. Place the kale pieces on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the kale.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the kale.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the oven and flip the kale.
  8. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
