Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Wash and trim the kale by removing the stems and ribs.
- Spread the kale leaves on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Toss the leaves to coat them evenly with oil, then arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then turn the kale pieces over and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until they are brown and brittle.
- Remove from the oven and toss with sea salt before serving.
