Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • to taste sprinkle sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Wash and dry the kale, remove the center ribs, and cut it into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Toss the kale pieces in a bowl with olive oil.
  4. Spread the kale on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the kale is crisp.
