Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Wash and dry the kale, remove the center ribs, and cut it into 2-inch pieces.

- Spread the kale on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the kale is crisp.
