Roasted Kale Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Wash the kale and break it into large pieces if needed.
- In a large bowl, add the olive oil to the kale and mix to coat the leaves.
- Sprinkle the salt over the kale and mix again.
- Place the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, checking at 5 minutes and tasting for crunchiness.
- Remove from the oven as soon as they start to dry out and become crispy.
- Serve immediately.
