Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Wash the kale and break it into large pieces if needed.
  3. In a large bowl, add the olive oil to the kale and mix to coat the leaves.
  4. Sprinkle the salt over the kale and mix again.
  5. Place the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, checking at 5 minutes and tasting for crunchiness.
  7. Remove from the oven as soon as they start to dry out and become crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.
