Crispy Oven Baked Kale Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Remove the stems from the kale and cut the leaves into pieces.
- Spread the kale over a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil, salt, and garlic powder, then massage into the kale.
- Spread the kale out again and bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix the kale to expose any pieces underneath and bake for another 10 minutes.
- If not fully crispy, bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until crisp.
