Crispy Oven Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, washed and fully dried
  • 1-2 teaspoons oil (optional)
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the kale and cut the leaves into pieces.
  3. Spread the kale over a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with oil, salt, and garlic powder, then massage into the kale.
  5. Spread the kale out again and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix the kale to expose any pieces underneath and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. If not fully crispy, bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until crisp.
