The glaze and topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and combine the sugar with vanilla in another bowl until well mixed.
- Add softened butter to the sugar mixture and mix until pale, then add eggs one at a time.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, cook strawberries with sugar and salt until soft, then strain to get the juice.
- Whisk the strawberry juice with powdered sugar until smooth, adding more juice if needed.
- Pour the glaze over the cooled loaf and top with buckwheat groats before serving.
