Instructions
- Combine shrimp, fajita seasoning, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl and toss to coat.
- Marinate the shrimp for at least 15 minutes but no longer than 30 minutes.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened.
- Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add the marinated shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Return the sautéed onions and peppers to the skillet and toss to combine before serving.
