Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, hot sauce, garlic, white ends of green onions, ginger, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken shreds easily with a fork.
- Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and shred it.
- Pour the cooking liquid into a saucepan and heat until it simmers.
- Whisk together the cornstarch and water, then add to the simmering liquid to thicken the sauce.
- Pour the thickened sauce over the shredded chicken.
- Serve the chicken over hot rice and top with green onion tops and sesame seeds.
