Honey Hoisin Garlic Chicken

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, hot water, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Serve the chicken over rice, drizzled with sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro if desired.
