Ingredients

The Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

The Sauce

  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chili garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and red chili garlic sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.
