Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together milk, oil, egg, corn syrup, orange juice, and a pinch of zest.
- Mix in flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin and bake for 10-15 minutes until the tops spring back when pressed.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with orange juice, adding more juice as needed for desired consistency.
- For the sugared zest, combine zest with sugar until crumbly.
- Cool muffins completely before dipping the tops in glaze and sprinkling with sugared zest.
