The lemon glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the gluten free flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar, apple sauce, bone broth, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and non-dairy milk.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill the donut cavities with the batter using a piping bag or spoon.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- Prepare the lemon glaze by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice until thick.
- Dip the top half of each donut in the glaze and sprinkle with crushed pistachios and shredded coconut.
