Instructions
- 1. Mix the donut ingredients using an electric mixer.
- 2. Grease and flour the donut pan, then scoop 2 tbsp of batter into each mold for a total of 6 donuts.
- 3. Bake the donuts at 325°F for about 10 minutes.
- 4. For the frosting, whisk together the coconut milk and honey, then add the coconut flour and stevia, whisking until combined.
- 5. After the donuts have cooled, remove them from the pan and top with the frosting.
