The pasta
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil on the salmon and rub in the spices until fully covered.
- In a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat, cook minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, spices, and heavy cream to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the fettuccine pasta and ensure it is covered with the sauce.
- Cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and optional spinach, folding to combine.
- Cook the salmon using your preferred method (air fryer, baked, or pan-seared) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Add the cooked salmon to the pasta and sauce, folding to combine.
