Ingredients

The salmon

The sauce

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 2-4 cups fresh spinach (optional)

The pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Drizzle olive oil on the salmon and rub in the spices until fully covered.
  2. In a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat, cook minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth, spices, and heavy cream to the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, add the fettuccine pasta and ensure it is covered with the sauce.
  5. Cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and optional spinach, folding to combine.
  7. Cook the salmon using your preferred method (air fryer, baked, or pan-seared) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  8. Add the cooked salmon to the pasta and sauce, folding to combine.
