Instructions
- Combine garlic, Sprite, 1 cup of Thai chile sauce, fish sauce, and salt in a resealable bag or baking dish.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, seal, and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare the grill for medium-high heat and oil the grate.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
- Let skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Whisk lime juice, cilantro, remaining Thai chile sauce, and fish sauce in a bowl, and serve over the chicken.
