Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a blender, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, and melted ghee, blending until just combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch pan and top with extra mini chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
