Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large mashed bananas
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 5 tbsp melted ghee
  • cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a blender, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, and melted ghee, blending until just combined.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well mixed.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch pan and top with extra mini chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
