Instructions
- Mix the flours, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, milk, and egg.
- Combine both mixtures, stirring until mostly smooth.
- Core and slice the apples thinly, then dust with a mixture of brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet with a small pat of butter, add the apples, and let them soften.
- Pour pancake batter over the softened apples and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until done.
