Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add coconut milk, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Uncover, toss with lime juice, and garnish with coconut flakes.
