Instructions
- Prepare 3 large baking sheets by covering them with parchment paper.
- Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat and test with a few popcorn kernels.
- Once the test kernels pop, add the remaining popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
- Shake the pot occasionally until popping slows down, then remove from heat and season with popcorn salt if desired.
- Divide the popped popcorn evenly into 3 large bowls.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in microwave-safe bowls, stirring until smooth.
- Add food coloring to each bowl of melted chocolate and mix until desired colors are achieved.
- Toss each colored chocolate with the corresponding bowl of popcorn until fully coated.
- Spread the coated popcorn on the prepared baking sheets and sprinkle with mix-ins while still melty.
- Allow popcorn to dry for 5 minutes before breaking into pieces and serving.
