Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage

Instructions
- Combine the ground meat with minced garlic, chili flakes, thyme, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper, and sage in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well-blended.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 3 to 3 ½ inches wide and 1 to 1 ½ inches thick.
- Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and preheat it to 375°F.
- Once preheated, place 4-5 patties in the air fryer.
- Air fry the patties for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the cooked patties and keep them warm while repeating the process with the remaining mixture.
- Serve with your choice of sauce.
