Instructions
- Rinse and slice the mushrooms.
- Mince the garlic and sauté it in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the uncooked orzo and chicken broth, then bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for 10 minutes while stirring halfway through.
- Check if the orzo is tender, and let it absorb any remaining broth.
- Remove from heat, stir in the Parmesan, and serve.
