Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly using your hands.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Fry the patties in a little coconut oil or ghee, or brown and crumble in a skillet.
