Simple Tuna Fish Sandwich

chunk light tuna fish, in water
The sandwich

slices
whole grain bread of your choice

handful
leafy greens
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except tuna in a small bowl until well blended.
- Stir in the drained tuna and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread.
- Garnish with leafy greens and top with the second slice of bread.
- Serve immediately.
