Ingredients

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ cup basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine 7 tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and basil in a blender.
  2. Puree on high speed until creamy.
  3. Chop the remaining tomato and add it to the sauce.
  4. Serve the sauce over pasta or as desired.
