Homemade Tomato Sauce

Instructions
- Wash the roma tomatoes.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Add the garlic cloves (in their shell) to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in a 400º oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- Blend the tomatoes and garlic with fresh basil, salt, and pepper until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with whole wheat pasta.
